Shipping & Delivery Policy

‘Onex Watches’ serves to selected cities. Please check if we deliver to your pin code in the shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
NOTE: At present, we do not have the option to deliver a single order to multiple destinations. You will need to place different orders for shipment to multiple destinations

 

Shipping & Handling Charges:

Domestic Order: We provide free shipping within India.

Track Order:

Users can Sign in and track their orders from the order history section in the account page. 

Time to Deliver:

Our endeavor is to make the fastest delivery by ensuring dispatch as earliest as possible for all our orders. The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on promised time.

Important Note: The recipient needs to produce identity cards for verification for receiving the delivery i.e.: 

Pan card / Driving License / Passport / Voter Identification Card / Unique Identification Card (Aadhaar)

In case the office address is provided for delivery, please make sure that the department details, employee number, and direct landline numbers are also provided to prevent any last-minute hassles and failed delivery.

Transit Insurance:In the unlikely event that an order gets lost during transit, we wait for 15 days to track your lost order and if we are still unsuccessful, then we process your refund through the payment mode that you had opted for at the time of placing the order. All goods will be fully insured until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.

POLICY for International Orders 

(USA, UK, Canada, etc)
Payments are accepted through the PayPal Payment gateway either by your PayPal account or by using International credit/debit cards only. 

For orders being shipped outside India, the payment will be accepted only in US Dollars.

Prices will include all the applicable taxes in India, shipping, and handling charges.

Currency conversion rates will apply according to the prevailing exchange rates on the day of placing the order. 

Please note that cards (credit or debit) issued in India will not be accepted for any international orders.

Customers will be required to provide/send us government-issued photo Identity proof preferably i.e. Driving License, Passport

 

NOTE: Indian-issued cards will not be accepted for international orders.

The shipping and handling charges apply for international destinations and they vary from country to country and by product weight, and volume. Please add items to your cart to see shipping charges.

For all international orders, your cart value should be a minimum of $200 and a maximum of $10000, which is inclusive of all shipping and handling charges.

Once the order is placed, it takes 2 to 3 working days to dispatch after placing the order.
If customization is added it will take more than 4 to 5 working days to dispatch.

You will receive your order within 3~4 weeks after the confirmation of the order. An email confirmation will be sent to you, once your product is dispatched from our warehouse. Our logistic partner will get in touch with you once your product reaches its destination.

All products/consignments are dispatched on a “Delivery Duty Unpaid” (DDU) basis.

Also, custom duty and; all taxes levied by the destination country has to be borne by the customer and needs to be paid to the logistic partner at the time of delivery or as per the policy the of logistic partner

 

Custom Clearance: All shipments of Watches exported from India need to be cleared by the Indian/ Local Destination Country Customs office. Products along with their complete documentation are filed with the authorized officer of the Indian Customs office for inspection, examination, and assessment and only then delivered to your shipping address. Hence, please ignore the message on the package section which mentions: Please do not accept if the package is received in Open/ Tampered condition. You will find the package sealed with a label saying Opened for Customs.
